| I.
For complex parts such as cylinder block, cylinder head
and intake manifold£¬exhaust manifold, etc. the whole process
from products development, to casting technology design,
and tooling design and processing, can be synchronized,
so that the production preparation cycle can be effectively
shortened (more than one month can be saved compared with
regular operation), As a result, delivery be made in the
fastest way, and the assembled vehicles launched into
market as early as possible. |

| II.
Whole process of tooling manufacturing by virtue of CAD/CAM
systems The process for manufacturing toolings includes
to design the cast technology, design the tooling, compile
processing program and deliver the data directly to the
machining center in accordance with drawings of products
or castings provided by the customers. Technologically
saying, the processing precision and usage performance
of the toolings can be fully guaranteed. |
III.
With regard to equipment, imported machining centers capable
of 24-hour total automatic operation are used, to fulfill
processing and manufacturing with high quality and high
efficiency.
IV. In the aspects of design and development, we
use powerful UG software developed by US EDS Company,
and can finish the design and development of various complex
toolings within a short period of time; meanwhile we can
directly read various three-dimensional and two-dimensional
data such as Catia, Pro/E, IGES, EDX and DXF, etc.
V. There are several technical experts in the company,
who come from the production frontline of iron foundry
and aluminum foundry, and have rich experience directly
drawn from the production practice. They have good mastery
of molding machine, gravity casting machine, low pressure
casting machine, cold-box machine, hot-box machine and
shell blower machine. They are able to well match the
toolings with equipment, conduct full communications with
the customers, ensure that the customers' requirements
are completely carried out and produce quality products.
We are not bold enough to say that all problems are excluded
from our toolings, but we can fully guarantee to solve
any problem occurred within the shortest time period.

VII.
Deliver term
1.The processing cycle for complex tooling such as for
cylinder block and cylinder head will be 50 to 90 successive
days counting, and will differ as per the extent of detail
provided in the informational materials from the customers
and the requirements in the tooling manufacturing.
2.The processing cycle for toolings of medium complexity
such as intake manifold£¬exhaust manifold will last 25
to 40 successive days.
3.Ordinary toolings such as crankshaft and camshaft will
need a processing cycle of 15 to 20 successive days.
4.Simple toolings will be finished within 7 to 10 successive
days.
Our aim is not only placed at producing quality toolings,
but also at producing quality castings through close cooperation
with the casting plants. |
